    Frequently asked questions

    • Yes, we specialize in manufacturing cases based on individual requests. We carefully consider the parameters of your equipment, its purpose, operating conditions, and preferences regarding external appearance. This allows us to create a solution that ideally suits you — both in functionality and in design.

    • The case body is made of durable structural materials with reinforcement in high-load areas. Inside, shock-absorbing materials are used to secure the equipment and protect it from impacts and vibrations.

Materials are selected individually — taking into account weight, operating conditions, and mobility requirements. This allows achieving an optimal balance between strength, weight, and cost.

      Main body materials:

      Laminated plywood
An optimal solution in terms of strength / price / repairability. Provides high structural rigidity and withstands impact and static loads well. Most often used for serial and heavy-duty solutions.

      Impact-resistant plastic
Lighter than plywood, but a more expensive material with higher mobility. Has limited customization options. Used for aviation, mobile, or frequently transported cases where weight and shape consistency are critical.

      Aluminum frame
A key element of structural rigidity. Body elements are connected with an aluminum profile that forms the spatial frame of the case. BOXO uses different types of profiles (by thickness, geometry, and lock type), selected depending on dimensions, equipment weight, and operating conditions.

    • Yes, we can manufacture the insert separately and even glue it into your existing case.

    • The standard production time for a custom case after drawing approval is about 3 weeks.
The timeframe depends on the complexity of the design, order volume, and production workload. If non-standard components or new tooling are required, the lead time may increase.
Delivery across Ukraine usually takes a few days.
If the project is urgent, we can offer expedited production or phased delivery — these options are discussed separately.
