The case body is made from durable structural materials with reinforcement in high-stress areas. Inside, shock-absorbing materials are used to secure the equipment and protect it from impacts and vibrations.

Laminated Plywood
The optimal solution in terms of strength, price, and repairability. It provides high structural rigidity and withstands impact and static loads well.
Impact-Resistant Plastic
A lighter but more expensive material than plywood, offering greater mobility. It is used for aviation, mobile, or frequently transported cases where weight and shape consistency are critical.
Aluminum Frame
A key element of structural rigidity. The body components are connected with an aluminum profile that forms the spatial frame of the case. BOXO uses different types of profiles, varying by thickness, geometry, and lock type, which are selected depending on the dimensions, equipment weight, and operating conditions.
Yes, we can manufacture a foam insert separately — tailored to your equipment and the dimensions of your existing case. If needed, we can also install or bond it into the existing case body.
The standard production lead time for a custom case after the drawings are approved is about 3 weeks.
The lead time depends on the complexity of the design, the order volume, and current production workload. It may be longer if non-standard components are used or new tooling needs to be manufactured.
Delivery within Ukraine usually takes a few days. If the project is urgent, we can offer expedited production or phased delivery — these terms are agreed upon individually.
