BOXO took part in UAVExpo 2025 in Las Vegas — an exhibition in the field of unmanned technologies, where equipment manufacturers and engineering teams from different countries gather.
This trip was about getting acquainted with an international audience and the opportunity to show the product in a clear format. It was important that the cases spoke for themselves and did not require additional explanations.
We refused the classic stand construction. The space was assembled from the cases themselves, which worked as a single system.
At the center of attention were three solutions, each of which revealed a separate part of the product. Together they formed a holistic understanding of the BOXO approach.
Case with production
The first case showed how the product is created.
It has integrated screens with video from the production in Brovary. This made it possible to see the process from the inside and better understand the level of precision with which the team works.
Nearby there were prepared materials for communication with visitors, so the conversation logically continued what people had already seen.
Case with customization
The second case was assembled as a working surface with examples of inserts.
Here it was possible to look at the materials, feel the difference of textures, understand how adaptation for specific tasks looks. When a person holds the solution in their hands, it is perceived much easier and faster.
Case with applied solutions
The third case showed how the system works in different scenarios.
Inside there are several pull-out drawers, each with its own content. The items are different by purpose, but organized equally clearly. Each element has its place and is easy to take out.
This conveys well the idea on which the product is built: the case adapts to the content, not the other way around.
Delivery and preparation
Separate attention had to be paid to transportation.
The exhibition was transported from Ukraine to the USA, including an air flight and several stages of cargo handling. For each case, protection was предусмотрена that allowed preserving the construction and internal contents without changes.
After arrival, everything was immediately ready for work, without additional adjustments.
Result of the work
As a result, BOXO presented a compact exhibition format that is quickly assembled and clearly shows the product.
The cases worked together and consistently revealed different sides of the solution. From the first impression to details — everything was connected with each other.
UAVExpo became for us a point of entry into the international context and an opportunity to show how the product looks when it is based on a thought-out engineering logic.
